Select / Catalyst operates out two primary facilities in Mississauga with over 55,000 square feet of warehousing and offices.

We also work with third-party warehousing in Western Canada (currently in Calgary, Alberta) to support local distribution needs that require rapid fulfillment. All information is seamlessly centralized on our systems, and all warehousing and distribution controls are managed by us.

We are not a typical warehouse. Our objective is not to maximize product spread and storage billings, but rather maximize the use of space. Ou primary objectives are to keep goods moving in and out by providing all stakeholders with the tools they need to make effective and timely decisions.

We have in the past operated as many as five satellite to meet specific needs of our clients.

If business dictates the need for more space at another location, we do not hesitate to set up a site.

Using a four-colour process and a fully automated press, there is no screen printing job, large or small, that we can’t handle! Our 14-Colour and 8-colour presses can output up to 1000 units per hour! This means a quick turnaround time for large jobs. And because of the automated process, the work is always consistent and of the highest quality.

Artwork is limited only by imagination, and colour choices are virtually limitless. We use in-house custom mixing to make sure the colours are just right, and can implement metallic (gold and silver) colours, and even glow-in-the-dark!

Screen Printing can be done on a large variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, rayon, as well as signage materials (i.e. corrugated plastic etc.), and our gas-powered dryer ensures consistent curing that will last!

Employing some of the latest in embroidery technology and an experienced staff, there is almost nothing we can’t do!

With in-house digitizing capabilities, even the most complex custom artwork can be digitized and embroidered. For ease of reordering, all digitized artwork is archived.

We utilize both single and multi-head high-speed machines, allowing us to tackle all embroidery jobs, from small runs, to large corporate orders. We even offer same day embroidery service!

There are hundreds of thread colours to choose from, all of which are made of extremely durable colourfast polyester. We even offer metallic threads in gold and silver!

Virtually all types of materials can be embroidered, from cotton to polyester, even leather! We are able to embroider customer-supplied apparel, and can also do custom repairs or improvements on existing embroidery work.

All Catalyst shipping vendors have web-based tracking mechanisms.

All pertinent shipment information is data-loaded into Catalyst’s information systems.

This information is used by Catalyst staff to correspond with carriers and customers.

This data is also used to update Web applications and provide shipment summaries to clients.

Web applications are linked to carrier tracking sites and can provide up-to-date status information to users.

By utilizing Catalyst expertise to manage the labour and process of the kitting, assembly and distribution of finished goods to the end user, manufacturers and retailers can focus on their own core competencies.

• For example, retailers may need a promotional gift set from a manufacturer. Manufacturers can outsource this function and free their own internal space and personnel to address core business. Components can be bundled or kitted offsite at a cost that is competitive to their own internal structure.
